What is Spiritualism?

Spiritualism is a religion, a science and a philosophy. It is a rational religion based on the knowledge, proven through mediumship, that the human spirit survives physical death. People who follow spiritualism believe that everyone should live in harmony with each other and we believe that every part of a person including their soul or spirit, exists for eternity. These ideas are common to most religions, but in Spiritualism mediums try to give people evidence that the soul exists and that after death it continues on in the spirit-world.

What do Spiritualists like myself believe?

Firstly I believe in reincarnation (some spiritualists do not) and that people who have the gift can contact the spirits of people who have passed over. I myself can get messages mainly in my dreams from my spirit guides or from family members who have passed. Some spiritualists also believe that other spiritualists should be Christian, I myself am not a christian.
